Stage 4 restrictions that apply in Melbourne from Thursday, August 6th to Wednesday, September 16th impose specific limitations on our ability to operate normally. We appreciate that these restrictions are essential and will comply fully, and respectfully ask our customers to do the same.
Under the latest restrictions we can measure, make and install new doors where…
1. The door is part of a project under a building permit or…
2. There is a health and safety issue. For example where an old door is at risk of collapsing or where the user is unable to use an old door and may be at risk of injury by operating the door, or if a door has been storm or impact damaged and may be unsafe.
We can attend to essential breakdown services and repair work of existing doors or door openers.
Non-essential general maintenance and non-essential purchases and installations of new doors (which are not part of a larger building project under a building permit) need to be deferred until Stage 4 restrictions are lifted.
We continue welcoming callers enquiring about a new door or door opener, a breakdown service, or a spare part. Time at home is a great time to plan ahead.
DIY doors, door openers, and spare parts can be picked up via “Contactless Carpark Collect” at Braeside. Call us on 9587 4000 from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
For the next 6 weeks, both our showrooms at Braeside and Berwick are closed to the public to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. However, we are well and truly open for business and ready to take your phone call or respond to a contact via our website or email@example.com
Reach out at any time via our Contact Page.
We would like to reassure our customers that we are open for business (even though in a modified way), we are financially sound and our heart beats strong.
