From the first moment that I was looking for garage’s door at Berwick showroom until the final installations of a double and single door, everything it has done with perfection.

Great Service, efficient and friendly. Called around 11.30am, arrived on time at 2. Job was done in 1/2 hour. Very informative and there is also aftercare service within a reasonable amount of time. Would recommend to anyone.

I had an issue of my tilt-a-door hinges lock nuts getting loose and causing the garage door to drop slightly which could be an issue in a strong wind situation. Braeside Garage Door Solutions sent out their service guy pretty promptly. He came and decided to consult their "Installation Advisor" Graeme Klopper who came to have a look himself. Graeme decided to practically reset the hinges and carried out rectifications of all required aspects. The door is now aligned and opening properly and no longer dropping down whenever there's a strong wind. Much better than the initial install. Graeme's "doing the right thing" work ethics is to be commended and is seldom seen these days. Graeme is obviously very experienced installer and is a great asset to the company. Perhaps a process to have experienced people like Graeme doing a QA after each install to ensure proper installation standards will mitigate unnecessary fixes. This will translate to excellent customer satisfaction and the company's bottom line. Personally, Braeside's customer services have been excellent. I'll definitely refer Braeside to my families and friends for any garage door requirements. Hope you can maintain such high standards as work ethics differ amongst installers.

I just wanted to very quickly express my thanks to your company for the professionalism and attention to detail of our recent garage door design and installation.

While we thanked Patrick and his team on Tuesday for their great work on installing our doors I also want to pass this on to the management of Garage Door Solutions. From Justin’s excellent measurement and design of our challenging garage set up to the hard work from Patrick and his team the job went smoothly from our perspective. The removal of all the rubbish and clean up afterwards was also appreciated. The doors work perfectly and we are really pleased with the outcome.
